Expertise
Paul graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Agriculture, majoring in Agricultural Engineering Technology. He first became registered as a Delaware Professional Engineer in 1987, and this registration remains current. His career has involved being a lecturer at the University of Delaware, 11 years with the Delaware DNREC, 17 years in private practice engineering consulting with three (3) different firms, and seven (7) years involved with all phases of residential and commercial real estate development.

Since joining Diamond State Financial Group, Paul has earned FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations as well as Life, Health, and Ethics Insurance licenses. Working with one or more of the highly experienced, veteran Diamond State advisors, Paul is applying his vast life and career experience to positively influence the financial outcomes of his clients.

Personal
Paul was a member of the 1972 Fighting Blue Hens National Championship Football Team as well as the award winning teams of ’73 and ’74. He is active in Rotary and in that capacity has twice lead the involvement of the six Dover, Delaware, Area Rotary Club’s participation in fundraising via cooking with the world’s largest fry pan at the annual Delmarva Chicken Festival. Paul has been married for more than 40 years to the same wonderful woman and has three grown children. He enjoys hunting and golf.
