Expertise
Raymond F. Bree, Jr., CLU, ChFC®, is President of Diamond State Financial Group. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Ray has his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations and has received the industry designations for financial planning (ChFC®) and estate planning (CLU). He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc.

Ray has attended and proctored numerous seminars on investment related and estate planning topics. He has qualified as a member of MDRT numerous times and has earned membership in the elite Court of the Table. He has led the Firm to be an 11 time Masters Club recipient with Securian.

Ray has more than 30 years experience in assisting business owners and professionals with their estate, investment and financial strategies. He is a frequent speaker on various financial topics at universities, Fortune 500 Companies, and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. In addition to leading the firm, Ray is involved in the recruiting and training of new advisors and assisting advisors with the coordination of the financial strategy process for clients.

Personal
Ray is a former Chairman of the New Castle County Chamber Board of Directors and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County, Inc., as well as the Western Family YMCA. He has been a longtime member of Vistage International, an executive leadership organization that provides unparallel access to new ideas and fresh thinking to keep their companies moving forward. In addition, he has had a leadership role with the University of Delaware Alumni Association. One of Ray’s favorite activies is road and trail biking. He served as Captain of Team DSFG ‘s Bike to the Bay benefitting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and encouraged numerous DSFG associates, friends and family to participate in his efforts. Ray also enjoys golf, watching youth soccer, travel, and spending time with his four children.
