We are seeking a qualified individual for career opportunity to facilitate continued expansion of the firm. We offer comprehensive training and support during a three -year training program. New advisors work closely with a senior advisor in initiating, developing and implementing financial strategies for clients.

Advisor activities include

Field Director

Definition
A Field Director is a member of the Firm’s management team, responsible for recruiting, training, and developing new Advisors, while leading a team of Advisors that contribute to the consistent growth and profitability of the Firm. The Field Director splits time between management and personal production.
 
Why become a Field Director?
The position offers the opportunity for an Advisor to add management responsibilities to their current practice. A Field Director’s success is based on their ability to continue servicing their clients, producing new business at a full-time level, and developing a team of new Advisors. The Field Director assumes management responsibilities without threatening their sales career, and without placing the Firm at undue risk. Successful Field Directors may earn the opportunity to transition into Managing Director and Managing Partner positions.
 
Characteristics of a Field Director Candidate
  • Successful career as an Advisor
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Strong desire to move into a management role
  • Leadership traits and skills
  • Excellent communication skills 
Key Responsibilities
  • Personal production: full-time level required; MDRT level preferred
  • Help Recruit 2-4 new Advisors each year, achieving at least 25% four-year retention
  • Manage a team of 2-8 Advisors
  • Weekly coaching activities with each Advisor
  • Weekly joint work with each Advisor
  • Active member of the Firm management team 
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation is comprised of personal production commissions, commission splits on joint casework, overrides, performance-based supervisory bonuses, and performance-based annual bonuses
  • Full-time Advisor benefits package
