Christopher Burgos is a highly experienced Wealth Manager dedicated to working alongside his clients to help them reach their financial goals. As President & CEO of Diamond State Financial Group, Christopher has led the Firm to one of the top comprehensive services firms in the Securian network based on sales based credits in 2021. Under his leadership, DSFG has grown to the largest Wealth Management Firm in Delaware based on number of employees* and has established specialty Divisions for Medical and Legal Professionals and Business Owners offering customized strategies. He is a contributing author in the book, Real Life Financial Planning for Physicians and was instrumental in helping establish a Multiple Employer 401k Plan for medical society members. His designations include the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Certified Funds Specialist (CFS).
Christopher is a graduate from the University of Delaware with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management and a minor in Economics. He is a part of the National Advisory Board (NAB) for Securian, a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), PRG* (a marketing organization comprised of accomplished financial services professionals within Securian Financial Services, Inc.), and The Society of Financial Service Professionals (Delaware Chapter). Christopher has earned his Life, Health and Ethics licenses and his Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations.

Chris resides in Hockessin with his wife Tammy and his children, Michael, Julia, and Matthew. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and coaching. He is the Treasurer of Piedmont Baseball/Softball which serves over 1200 youths. Chris was honored with AssetMark’s Community Inspiration Award in recognition of his outstanding commitment to his community.***
