Lisa Wickersham

Lisa Wickersham is the Manager of the Client Services team at Diamond State Financial Group. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. Lisa’s role manages operation processes of the Client Service Team including the New Business department and Service department.  She provides guidance through experience and system improvements as her teams maximize productivity and support to the financial professionals and their clients. Before coming to Diamond State Financial Group, she worked as a director and personal trainer at the YMCA of Delaware for 8+ years.

Lisa was born and raised in Delaware and still resides there today. She loves quality time spent with her husband and daughter.  In her spare time Lisa enjoys cooking, running, traveling, and doing activities with family and friends.
