Matthew Evans

Matthew Evans is a Financial Advisor at Diamond State Financial Group. He graduated from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Matthew earned his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, as well as his Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Matthew specializes in working with CRNAs, physicians and those preparing for retirement to establish custom financial strategies that will allow his clients to reach and exceed their short, intermediate, and long-term goals. Matthew treats his clients like his own family and recognizes the importance of educating his clients about financial solutions and markets, as transparency and trust are the foundation of every advisory relationship.

Matthew is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc.

Matthew was born and raised in Newark, Delaware, and still resides their currently. While attending the University of Delaware he started up, and successfully grew and was running his own business full-time, eventually selling it at the beginning of 2019. Matthew is an avid supporter of the Delaware Association of Nurse Anesthetists (DANA). In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his dog, Kobe, as well as spending time with his friends and family, and is a diehard Philly sports fans.
