Raymond F. Bree, Jr.

Raymond F. Bree, Jr., CLU, ChFC®, is Founder and Manager Partner of Diamond State Financial Group, LLC.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.  Ray has his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations and has received the industry designations for Financial Planning (ChFC®) and Risk Management (CLU).  With business exit expertise, Ray takes a holistic approach to designing an exit strategy to help business owners successfully exit their business. 

Ray founded Diamond State Financial Group in 1989, and has built it into the comprehensive financial services firm it is today.  His team of professionals has more than 160 years of combined asset management experience.  He has led the Firm to be a 15-time recipient of the Chairman, Presidents, and Masters Clubs with Securian.  In addition to leading the Firm, Ray is involved in the recruiting and training of new advisors and assisting advisors with the coordination of the financial strategy process for clients.  He has more than 30 years of experience in assisting business owners and professionals with their estate, investment and financial strategies.

He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc.

Ray has been a longtime member of Vistage International, an executive leadership organization that provides unparalleled access to new ideas and fresh thinking to keep their companies moving forward.  He serves on the University of Delaware FINANCIAL PLANNING Advisory Board. Ray is past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Western Family YMCA and currently sits on the State YMCA Board.  In his pastime, he enjoys golf and trail biking. Ray and his wife, Denise, currently reside in Hockessin and Rehoboth Beach where he is a member of Kings Creek Country Club.
